You are welcome to receive Holy Communion with us. This is true no matter who you are, where you've been, what you've done--or not done, where you work--or don't work, if you are married, divorced, or single, if you're young or old, rich or poor, tall or short, attend worship often or not at all, sing in the choir or in the shower or not at all.  You are welcome to join us in receiving God's love, grace, and forgiveness through bread and wine, Christ's body and blood.  It's given and shed for you.

Some may wonder if their children may commune with us if they have yet to receive instruction for Holy Communion.  The answer is yes, they may join us before they receive instruction, no matter how old they are. We regularly offer instruction in Holy Communion, so if your child receives communion before instruction, we invite them-- and you-- to join us in learning more about how God's grace is present and active through this meal.

How do you know if your child is ready for communion, no matter their age?  If they hold out their hand, tell you they want to receive it, or wonder what you're doing when you receive Holy Communion, they are ready.
